Amanda Rakhra is a highly respected permanent makeup artist with over a decade of hands-on experience in the cosmetic tattooing industry. She is the founder and owner of Art Studio Permanent Makeup & Academy, where she combines her passion for artistry with education—mentoring and inspiring the next generation of PMU professionals.

Amanda is internationally recognized for her expertise in lip neutralizing and colour theory, two areas she has mastered through years of client work and continuous study. Her work emphasizes natural results tailored to each individual’s skin tone and undertone, and she is especially known for her ability to correct and enhance melanin-rich lips.

She has spoken on global stages across North America, Europe, South Asia, and beyond, and has trained students from around the world. Through both her services and her teaching, Amanda is committed to excellence, innovation, and empowering artists to succeed in this evolving industry.

Eleni

Permanent Makeup Artist & Fine Line Artist

Eleni discovered her passion for lash artistry three years ago, turning a love for enhancing natural beauty into a fulfilling career. With a sharp eye for detail and a talent for highlighting each person’s unique features, she finds joy in helping clients feel confident and cared for.

A proud mom of two and a business owner, Eleni balances her busy life with a deep commitment to self-care and encouraging others to do the same. Holding diplomas in Business Administration and Paralegal Studies, she also works in the corporate and legal field as a Financial Controller and Operations Manager—bringing professionalism and precision to everything she does.

In addition to lash artistry, Eleni specializes in permanent makeup, including lip blushing and neutralization. Known for her kind, energetic, and approachable nature, she creates a warm, welcoming experience for every client.

Outside of work, Eleni loves spending time with her kids, playing soccer, and indulging in arts and crafts. Her creativity, warmth, and vibrant energy shine through in every aspect of her life—and she takes pride in making every client feel beautiful, confident, and empowered.
