TRAINING TERMS & POLICY

This agreement becomes effective immediately upon registration for any training course with ART STUDIO PERMANENT MAKEUP

Your retainer payment confirms your enrollment and signifies full acknowledgment and acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Students must be 18 years or older to enroll.
ART STUDIO PERMANENT MAKEUP is not responsible for compliance with local or PROVINCE licensing regulations. Each student must ensure they meet any applicable requirements in their jurisdiction.

Booking Retainer & Tuition – In-Person Training

A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to secure your seat.
The retainer is applied toward your total tuition balance.
If you CANCEL your scheduled program date, that results into a $750+ HST reschedule fee each time you push the program. Regardless, of how much time was GIVEN. This is to be paid additional on top of your tuition fee.
If your course includes pre-class online content, tuition must be paid in full before access is granted.
Once payment is complete and digital materials are released, ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL

Attendance & Tardiness

Class hours may be extended or adjusted at the instructor’s discretion, the daily layout will change depending on the programs topics & how many days you have allocated to your learning.
Missing, tardiness or leaving sessions early may result in loss of attendance certificate eligibility or revocation of live model privileges.

Satisfactory Progress, Live Model Eligibility & Model Requirements

Student performance will be evaluated throughout training. Instructor reserves the right to restrict or deny live model access if safety or readiness concerns arise.
Mentorship program opportunities (lab days, supervised sessions, or shadowing) are available at a highly discounted additional cost for graduates.
If a student would like Amanda, the instructor to do their lips. It is still a cost of $625+HST. This is a procedure.
Students are responsible for securing their own model. If traveling, we can assist by posting a model call; however, model availability is not guaranteed. The only way to ensure participation is to bring your own model.

Mandatory Pre-Training Requirements

Any assigned pre-class content must be completed before in-studio training begins. If this is not done, Amanda will note that and you/student are only hindering your own learning by not properly pre-educating yourself.
Full tuition must be received at least 12 days prior to the start date to retain enrollment. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. As you have been in a program that has provided a kit, intellectual property and you received hands on training. Your learning is a reflection on how attentive you are and if you do your homework.

Kit Materials

If included, kits are distributed on the first day of in-person training.
You will be using your kit in your program, as you will have to understand how to use your tools.
Kit is an introduction kit to your procedure of learning.

Advanced Standing

Prior training or experience does not qualify students for advanced placement or exemption from coursework.

Student Conduct & Hygiene

Professionalism is required at all times. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
Hygiene and appearance standards must meet professional safety requirements, especially on model days:
- No offensive clothing or strong fragrances/smokers
- No long nails or open-toed shoes
- Hair must be tied back
- Jewelry kept minimal
ART STUDIO PERMANENT MAKEUP reserves the right to dismiss any student not in compliance.

Booking Tuition – Online Training

All online course purchases are final and non-refundable, non-transferable, regardless of access or completion status.

Brand Affiliation

Enrollment does not grant permission to represent, promote, or market yourself as a ART STUDIO PERMANENT MAKEUP Studios affiliate, employee, or educator in any capacity.

If you did not pay attention in your program, while all information has been provided. This is beyond ART STUDIO PERMANENT MAKEUPS control. The Student takes full responsibility to do their homework, and to ask the proper questions while being in the program. If the student does not, they have to work on their homework and put in the work.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

All course materials are the exclusive property of ART STUDIO PERMANENT MAKEUP and are protected under Canada, USA and international trademark and copyright law.
With the above, that is why NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED - you have already received material, physically, written down, and heard during your program.
Reproduction, sharing, or distribution of any content, including but not limited to videos, slides, or written material, is strictly prohibited.
Enrollment grants a limited personal-use license for educational purposes only.

Liability Waiver

By participating in training, students agree to release and hold harmless ART STUDIO PERMANENT MKAEUP, its affiliates, and instructors from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation.

If slander, or harassment is committed by any student - authorities will become involved. At ART STUDIO PERMANENT MAKEUP everyone is deserving of respect. Please call our phone number to discuss.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, illness, or power outages), ART STUDIO PERMANENT MAKEUP reserves the right to reschedule or modify training as needed.

Privacy & Communication

By enrolling, students consent to receive emails, text messages, and communications related to training.
You may opt out at any time. Please advise.

Legal & Trademark Notice

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OF ANY COURSE. YOU ATTENDED LEARNED, LISTENED, TOOK PROPERTY OF KIT, THEREFORE NO REFUNDS ARE GOING TO BE PROVIDED. BY ATTENDING ANY CLASS YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS
